Our programs are intended for adults age 18 and older. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you inquire, apply, or enroll.
JBIT offers certificate programs, each a 60-hour course of study delivered fully online through learn.jbitnv.com. Program content, schedules, and requirements are described at enrollment and may be updated to keep them current. JBIT operates as a Nevada postsecondary institution; licensing status is as published on our site.
Tuition is due as set out in your enrollment agreement. You may pay in full, enroll in an available payment plan, pay by bank transfer (ACH), or have an approved workforce agency or sponsor fund your training. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Requests to withdraw or cancel must be submitted in writing to billing@jbitnv.com. Refund eligibility is determined by your enrollment agreement and applicable Nevada postsecondary requirements, generally based on the portion of the program completed at the time of withdrawal.
You are responsible for keeping your learn.jbitnv.com login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for your individual use and may not be shared. You agree to use the platform only for lawful, course-related purposes.
You agree to complete your own work, to act honestly, and to treat instructors and fellow students with respect. Violations, including plagiarism or misuse of the platform, may result in removal from the program.
Course materials, curriculum, the program text, and platform content are the property of JBIT or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use as an enrolled student. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them.
Our programs are designed to build skills and prepare you for AI-driven roles, but JBIT does not guarantee employment, a specific job, or any particular outcome.
We rely on third-party services such as Stripe for payments and Amazon Web Services for hosting. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
Our sites and programs are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JBIT and Jakarta Black Consulting LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites or programs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
